4.      Breathing – Deep, Diaphragmatic Breathing compared to Shallow, Clavicle Breathing
·         Nostril Breathing

·         In through nose/Out on “sss” or “tss”
·         Lip Buzzing

 Resonant Voice – Sinus Cavities
·         Sinus cavities in the face
·         Straw (semi-occluded vocal tract)

·         Gentle Onset (compared to hard onset and glottal fry)
